You should do a couple of things differently next time based on what your
goals are.
1) In the users person document in the name and address book (NAB). On the
Administration tab, in the password management section change the check password
to Lock Out ID.
2) Add their name to the server's Deny Access Group
3) If you want their email forwarded to another user, then back in the
person's document in the NAB on the Basic tab update the forwarding address
field with the user's name (or internet email address) who will receive these
forwarded messages.
4) If you are a domino admin, you can update the ACLs on the user's mail
file to grant others "READER" access to this mail file. I would not
let anyone have editor or above access to this mail file.
